Unplugging
Sometimes all the ways that we can connect to other people through computers and communication services such as social networks and internet phone services can be horribly overwhelming. If you are one of those people whose career leaves you pretty much tied to the computer, it is important that we learn how to be able to unplug and take a look around. Some of the best ways to completely unplug is by going outside with nothing in your pockets. If you want to be more adventurous, there is always the possibility of traveling to a different landscape. Some people suggest meditating, but before going on these untethered adventures, you need to make sure that everything at your work or business is in order so that no one will be trying to reach you. Another suggestion is to play a game that you can actually touch and do not need any devices for. Do you have any other suggestions?

Weekdays are for internet faxes and phone services, but the weekends are for doing fun stuff.
I use internet fax and video conferencing seven days a week for business.
I try not to do as much business phone service use like internet fax and call forwarding on weekends.
Phone services are the way of communication from internet fax to video conferencing.
It's the way of the world. You use phone and fax services 7 days a week to keep up.
I use my weekends to catch up on all the voice mails ans internet faxes I missed earlier.
Video conferencing is a perfect phone service for the weekend. I talk with friends and family.
I still have voicemails on the weekend and video conference with friends.
